For the optimal therapeutic effect, it needs a red, inkoherent light source (Szeimies et al. 1996; Fijan et al. 1995). Q.Light PDT module issue red inkoherent light with a spectrum of 620 - 780 nm.
In Treatment distance of 15 cm an energy achievement of 70 mW/cm2 and 4.2 Joule/cm2 (min.) arises. Q.Light PDT module have been developed especially for the use with dermatologists.
